What is your refund policy?
Purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to pick up a purchased item please make arrangements for a friend or family member to pick up during the designated time frame. Any subscription bouquets not picked up will be donated to a local school or business.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Please select the Gift Cards option at the top of the home page for purchase options. Gift cards are redeemable at the RRB Farmstand during open hours, or to purchase online items.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards for online payment. At the RRB Farmstand we accept cash, local checks, and Venmo payments.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on purchases.
Can items be shipped?
We are unable to ship fresh flowers at this time.
Do you deliver?
We prefer that you pick up from the RRB Farm during the designated time frame.
